Japan have a big variety of this iconic cookie; from cookies, to soft cookie, to crunchy bars. They have flavors like green tea, tiramisu, cookies and cream and strawberry among other flavors. I have so far tried the green tea crunchy bar, green tea soft cookie, cookies and cream crunchy bar and the strawberry crunchy bar. They are all soooooo goooood!!!!
Lets start with the Green Tea Flavors!
The Green Tea Cookie Crunch Bar is a delicious bar (about 2 inches) that have crunchy chunks of Oreo cookie mixed with green tea crunch and covered with a green tea cream. These babies have the perfect combination of chocolate and green tea. It is not too sweet, so it is very easy to it more than one. In one box you will get 8 individually wrapped bars.

The Green Tea Soft Cookie is a cake like cookie with a green tea filling. These are pretty much like the cakesters we have here in PR (and the USA). The soft cookie tastes just like the regular Oreo cookie and the filling have a very soft green tea taste. These are perfect to eat with milk or tea. Each bag contains 10 individually wrapped cookies.

Now, in for the real treat!? Strawberry Oreo Cookie Crunchy Bar! For me these were the most delicious cookie bar I have ever tasted. These 2 inch long crunchy bar are so good, I ate 3 the day I got them! On the inside you will find Oreo crunch, strawberry and cream crunchies, all coated in chocolate milk. Like all Japanese Okashi, these tastes like the real deal... pure strawberries. These are also a little bit sweeter than the other cookie crunch bars. Each bag have 10 individually wrapped bars.
Over all, these is one of those things that you have to try before you die! I shared these cookies with friends that are not very familiar with the Japanese culture and they were very impressed and enjoyed them a lot! So go ahead and grab a glass of milk and enjoy these treats. They will become your favorite cookie too!!!
